hey josie i'm grace and just got from treament to anorexia in Arizona. I've had ana for 11 months and i'm giving recovery a chance everyday. i used to be totally against recovery. I moved back to Virgina now. How old are you? I'm 16

Hi everyone
i am just starting recovery from an eating disorder, i have my first appointment next week which im really nervous about especially seeing as lot of my family live far away from me as i am university.
I'm hoping this site will be able to help in some way, jope to get to know people soon

Introductions

Hiya im Lindsey,

Im starting to recover from anorexia, im 21 and was studying at University before the eating disorder. I hope you are all well, anorexia is such a cruel mental illness and i'm still very confused over it all and feeling quite lonely.

Hi,

I'm Ally. I'm 23 and after quite a few years I'm getting pretty close to total recovery from my eating disorder (phew).

I work in mental health so I'm hoping to get involved with the site, perhaps share my own experiences and support other people.
